However, the time has now come to offer a truly exceptional lifestyle experience to only 250 members and 20 corporations by invitation only to become a member of IBESHE LAGOON BEACH CLUB & SPA.
I was captivated by the waterways about 15 years ago and I have not been able to keep myself away from the ensuing lifestyle ever since. I have owned a beach house all these years but still saw that there was something missing. A place were I did not have to carry heavy coolers laden with food and drink, a music system and a coterie of staff and Ibeshe Beach and Lagoon Club intends to take away the hassles associated with beach house ownership and even offer a few thoughtful extras.
Imagine! A place where you will be pampered not hassled yet completely secure and private. a place to which you can cruise to relax spending lazy days at the beach and calm sunsets by the lagoon, cold drink in hand. Get the picture?

This is a considerable saving on the NGN 15,000,000 or so it now costs to build a decent beach house not to speak of its upkeep.
During the last year, we have been able to complete our four bedroom luxury beach villa. This is now available to our members at the rate of NGN 150,000 per night to our members and NGN 225,000 for non-members. We are also pleased to offer to our members a 20% discount on all food and drink at Ibeshe club as our little thank you for your continued patronage.
As an innovation for our corporate members, we are giving four free team building/company's dat out retreat(monetary value of NGN 720,000 exclusive of food and drinks) thus waiving our normal NGN180,000 house fees.

Welcome to Ibeshe Lagoon and Beach Club & Spa, the true portrait of paradise located between an unspoiled lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean offering a truly exceptional lifestyle experience to a limited number of members.
Ibeshe beach and lagoon Club will open in Spring 2010. At this point, we will have in place 4 bedroom air-conditioned clubhouse, our exclusive Black Lounge and the Antonios Grill our signature restaurant. Membership forms are open now to a limited number of members, kindly contact our office if interested.
In 2010, we plan to introduce a World-class spa, tennis and volleyball courts, childrens corner, poolside sit out on the lagoon side as well as our beachfront clubhouse by the ocean.
We also intend to offer to our members chalets as well as extending our hotel to have a mix of 20 studios, one and two bedroom suites.
Premium Leisure International Ltd. has chosen the tropical island of Lagos located between an unspoiled lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean to launch the spectacular Ibeshe Lagoon Beach Club & Spa. The resort will be ideally situated for viewing the magnificent tropical sunsets which magically light up the sky at the end of the day and herald in the night. The signature Antonio´s grill and pool bar will be enhanced with a spectacular sunset terrace lounge where our members will be able to take in the brilliant sunset experience while relaxing on our lounge beds. Ibeshe club will host the Black Private Lounge and Spa as well as sport facilities such as tennis and volleyball courts and Sigma Marine watersport equipment rental. A selection of properly maintained Sea doo jet skis and other water sport activities including ski boats and water skis will be available at the resort. All you need is to get to the resort and enjoy our water sport activities. For rental fees and details please call our office.
Phase two of the project will unveil a private enclave of mix 20 Studios, one and two-bedroom Beach and Garden Villas adjacent to the Ibeshe Beach Club. These beautiful villas will also include private pools and concierge service.
Chalets shall be offered for sale first quarter of 2010 on first come first served basis to members.
